The Londoner Leicester Square, 2022.

A permanent public art commission of ceramic 13,500 sculptures embedded in all four facades of a new hotel, the Londoner, on the Southeast corner of Leicester Square.

Made with the generous support of the Edwardian Hotels London, this artwork was a collaborative effort between Ian Monroe, the architecture firm Woods Bagot, and the technical expertise of Darwen Terracotta and Faience. The original commission and the continuing artist and client relations were managed by Modus Operandi Art Consultancy.

Ian Monroe would like to offer an enormous thank you to all who were involved in this six year project, it has been a delight to work with all of you!
